Anyone or everyone feels angry. Don’t prolong anger and frustration it will contribute a physical conditions such as headaches, digestive problems, high blood pressure and heart disease. Problems dealing with angry feelings may be linked to psychological disarray such as fretfulness or despair. Unremitting anger creates problems getting along with others, and can lead to attachment in bodily or expressively abusive relationships.  Angry outbursts can be a way of trying to cope with grief, or depressed feelings.

Anger is absolutely unavoidable. It is a normal human emotion but if neglected it can lead to problems. There are many ways that can help you with anger problems. Almost all of us are wondering how to deal with this issue, like I do. To scratch this startling feeling about anger and its effect to us I conduct research and observation about this issue. I believe that by following these 3steps below we can keep our anger at bay.

Steps 1: GET OUT OF DENIAL

The first step in exultation of any issue is recognizing or apprehending the fact that there is a problem. If you or the person you hope to help will not admit that there is a problem, then there really is nothing anyone can do to help you until the problem is acknowledge. Acceptance is one way to resolve your anger issues.

Have a sense of urgency. Observe and assess yourself, this can provide you a strong clue. Deal with your anger with acceptance not with conceited act. You only give your soul a burden if you pretend that you’re not having anger problems or you refused someone who wants to help with anger problems that you’re suffering. Come on, get out of denial! Anger problems need to be resolved not be deny. Blaming this or that could not help with your anger problems.

Once you admit there is a problem then it is fixable only if you’re willing to do the needs to be done. Replace your anger with a positive thinking and reasonable thing to do such us reading, dancing or walking for a while. This will not only make you fit but this will someway or somehow alleviate your anger. Many circumstances can be handled with general communication and just realizing that there is a problem.

Step 2: BE OBJECTIVE ABOUT THE ISSUE

Step 2 will be easier to do only if you open up your mind that you have anger problems to attend to and needs assistant to decipher its cause. After admitting that there is a problem then it is time to decide how severe your problem is or how much help is needed. When people are get stuck to anger usually we can’t think positively. While some people openly rage, others have difficulty acknowledging their anger and hold their feelings inside as they avoid the issue that angers them.

People who are unable to acknowledge anger believe that they’re always hurt by others and they think no one sympathize with them. It would help to take into consideration the feedback given by people that surrounds you or better yet seek professional advice. Counseling is one of the preeminent things to do after admitting that you have anger problems.   Avoid being defensive, insulted, and insecure or otherwise feeling negative about it. Be optimistic in dealing your anger problems so things will fall into its place. Having positive outlook will acquire positive vibes too.

Step 3: SORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM

At this point in time you already open to what causes your anger problem. You know that something needs to be done about this issue. Same as the other issue we encounter in our lives last step id to find solution right for you and implement it accordingly. Anger management is a delicate process. It’s a quest in which no one can actually determine its result without taking action to resolve it.

If you think you can’t handle or help with anger problems then its time to seek advice from others. They may help you in away because it’s your comrade or friends who can actually tell you that there’s something about you and your act of being angry. Seek counselors to help you out of the anger problems.

Get out of denial, be objective about the issue then sort out the problem will help you in one way or another to live a manageably.
